Regulations on executive compensation/severance allowances

Established 28 April 2003

Chapter 1
These regulations stipulate particulars relevant to financial compensation for the executive officers (directors and administrators) of the legal entity The Institute of Image Information and Television Engineers(hereafter ITE).

Chapter 2
Non-executive directors of ITE will not be entitled to receive financial compensation from ITE.

Chapter 3
Non-executive directors of ITE will not be entitled to receive a severance allowance from ITE.

Chapter 4
Approval of the board of directors will be required to modify or rescind these regulations.

Provision:These regulations are effective as 28 April 2003.
